INGRÉDIENTS:
6 squares of puff pastry
6 pommes
5 cuillères à soupe de sucre
1 half teaspoon of cinnamon powder
PREPARATION:
Peler, core and cut the apples into cubes.
Cook them with sugar and cinnamon.
Stop cooking when you get applesauce.
Laisser refroidir.
On a puff pastry square, garnish half with applesauce and close like a slipper.
Seal the edges and brush the surface with egg yolk.
