Pumpkin and sweet potato soup to warm up.
Who says cold season says unlimited soups and creams to warm up well. And enjoy!

Because a good pumpkin and sweet potato soup is perfect for a meal. Accompanied by a good toast or a puff crown and you get a full meal.
My velouté is vegan, healthy and full of vitamins.

In addition, I used my cookeo to make my recipe even faster.
The finishing touch of coconut milk, brings a little exotic side; but you can replace it with crème fraîche.

Ingrédients:
- pumpkin
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 oignon
- 1 degermed garlic clove
- 20cl de lait de coco
Préparation:
- Remove the peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces which you place in the tank.
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes which you add to the bowl.
- Add the peeled onion and cut as well as the garlic clove.
- Cover with water up to the level of the vegetables.
- Start the cookeo in “pressure” mode for 20 minutes.
- After releasing the pressure, mix the vegetables.
- Add the coconut milk, du sel et du poivre.
