Ingredients
  • 1 Yam
  • des lardons
  • 2 chives or spring onions
  • 30cl de lait
  • 1 cuillère à soupe de farine
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • du fromage râpé
Instructions
  1. Eplucher, couper en rondelle la patate douce et la faire cuire à l’eau.
  2. Préparation de la béchamel:
  3. Melt the butter and add the flour; mélanger.
  4. Verser progressivement le lait tout en mélangeant et faire chauffer jusqu’ épaississement.
  5. Stopper la cuisson.
  6. Saler et poivrer.
  7. Couper les cives en rondelles et les faire revenir dans un peu d’huile avec les lardons pendant quelques minutes.
  8. Dans un plat à gratin, lay out the sweet potato slices, lay out a little of the bacon / chives mixture and cover with béchamel sauce.
  9. Repeat the same step again.
  10. Finish with the grated Gruyère.
  11. Bake 10 minutes and finish by gratinating.
