My homemade speculoos dough without condensed milk very easy.
I had had the idea for a while to make my speculoos paste and it was my daughter Soumeya who motivated me to prepare this delicacy.
Quite frankly it was a breeze especially since we used a blender!
What a pleasure to make this deliciously spicy dough and above all without various preservatives.
I am not at all a fan of condensed milk and I needed a recipe without it; and I found it on the Christalie's follies blog.
The recipe she proposes is using the Thermomix but I used my classic blender and which does not heat up especially!
The result pleasantly surprised me and I am very proud to have made our homemade speculoos dough with my daughter without condensed milk..
With my recipe I filled 1 pot et demi.
Ingrédients:
1 packets of speculoos biscuits (about 200g)
40g white powdered sugar
40g brown powdered sugar
100grams of milk
20g de beurre
Préparation:
In the blender add the speculoos biscuits that you break into pieces.
Add the white sugar as well as the powdered sugar.
Mix it all, you will get a powder.
Dans un récipient, pour in the milk and the butter and put it in the microwave for a few seconds.
Pour everything into the blender and mix for a few minutes.
You get a very nice smooth speculoos paste .
Pour your dough into sterilized jars.
Other Spread Recipes: pâte à tartiner chocolat noisette, praline dough.
I did it too, it's too too good !
