La bûche tiramisu facile et festive.

Nous sommes dans la période de confection des bûches pâtissières et j’ouvre les festivités en vous proposant ma bûche tiramisu facile.

Le tiramisu est une valeur sûre lorsque l’on parle de dessert gourmand et je vous la propose en version gâteau roulé.

J’ai pour cela réaliser ma génoise ultra simple et qui vous garantie une réussite.

Pour la crème j’ai préparé la recette de base mais en intégrant de la crème fouettée afin de la rendre plus légère.

Une petite déco toute simple avec les gourmandises du placard et c’est parti pour épater les petits et les grands gourmands! 🙂

Ingredients
  • Génoise:
  • 4 œufs
  • 100g de sucre en poudre
  • 100g de farine
  • 1 teaspoon & rsquo; vanilla flavor
  • 1/2 cuillère à café de levure chimique
  • Crème:
  • 2 jaune d’œufs
  • 80g de sucre en poudre
  • 250g de mascarpone
  • 25cl de crème liquide
  • 1 teaspoon & rsquo; liquid vanilla flavor
  • liquid coffee
  • Déco: unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. Whisk the eggs, le sucre en poudre ainsi que l’arôme vanille; the preparation should double in volume.
  2. Gradually add the flour with the yeast and mix gently.
  3. Verser la pâte sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson.
  4. Enfourner pendant 10 minutes à 180°C.
  5. Dès la sortie du four, place the sponge cake with its baking sheet on a very damp cloth and leave to cool.
  6. Crème:
  7. Fouetter les jaunes d’œufs avec le sucre ainsi que l’arôme vanille.
  8. Add the mascarpone and mix.
  9. Whip the liquid cream into whipped cream and gently mix it with the mascarpone mixture..
  10. Montage:
  11. Soak the sponge cake with coffee.
  12. Spread cream over the entire surface.
  13. Roll the sponge cake into a log.
  14. Spread the remaining cream on the log.
  15. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
  16. Decorate as you wish.
