Ingredients
  • Génoise:
  • 4 œufs
  • 100g de sucre en poudre
  • 100g de farine
  • 1 teaspoon & rsquo; vanilla flavor
  • 1 half teaspoon of baking powder
  • crème:
  • 25cl de crème liquide
  • 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon & rsquo; vanilla flavor
  • 1 praline chocolate bar
  • 1 half bar of dark chocolate
Instructions
  1. Fouetter les œufs avec le sucre en poudre ainsi que l’arôme vanille afin de faire blanchir le tout.
  2. Add the flour and baking powder and mix gently.
  3. Pour your dough onto a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  4. Enfourner pendant 15 minutes à 180°C.
  5. Dès la sortie du four, place your sponge cake with the baking paper on a damp cloth.
  6. Crème:
  7. Melt them in a bain-marie 2 chocolats.
  8. Mix the liquid cream, le sucre glace ainsi que l’arôme vanille.
  9. Fouetter au robot afin d’obtenir une chantilly.
  10. As soon as the melted chocolate has cooled, add the whipped cream and mix gently.
  11. Cover your sponge cake with chocolate cream and roll it up.
  12. Place your rolled cake on a serving dish and cover the cake with chocolate cream.
  13. Placer au frais jusqu’au moment de déguster.
