Ingredients
- Génoise:
- 4 œufs
- 100g de sucre en poudre
- 100g de farine
- 1 teaspoon & rsquo; vanilla flavor
- 1 half teaspoon of baking powder
- crème:
- 25cl de crème liquide
- 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon & rsquo; vanilla flavor
- 1 praline chocolate bar
- 1 half bar of dark chocolate
Instructions
- Fouetter les œufs avec le sucre en poudre ainsi que l’arôme vanille afin de faire blanchir le tout.
- Add the flour and baking powder and mix gently.
- Pour your dough onto a baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Enfourner pendant 15 minutes à 180°C.
- Dès la sortie du four, place your sponge cake with the baking paper on a damp cloth.
- Crème:
- Melt them in a bain-marie 2 chocolats.
- Mix the liquid cream, le sucre glace ainsi que l’arôme vanille.
- Fouetter au robot afin d’obtenir une chantilly.
- As soon as the melted chocolate has cooled, add the whipped cream and mix gently.
- Cover your sponge cake with chocolate cream and roll it up.
- Place your rolled cake on a serving dish and cover the cake with chocolate cream.
- Placer au frais jusqu’au moment de déguster.
