Brazilian chocolate cake

Despacito, Brazilian chocolate cake.

Despacito is a cake that had its heyday on the web but it's only now that I find the time to make it.

The base of the cake is a chocolate sponge cake which is normally soaked in coffee; but my kids are a bit young and not yet used to the flavor of coffee!

So I replaced it with powdered chocolate mixed with a little water.

This Brazilian chocolate cake is a treat! Very light and not very sweet it is the ideal dessert.
