My plums ultra gourmet almond tart!
Chez moi, we dote fruit pies!
And the almond tart plums has not escaped my greedy.

Very easy to prepare using my recipe from pâte sucrée and you will also need mirabelle plums (fresh or frozen for me).

INGRÉDIENTS:
- 200g de farine
- 100g de beurre ramolli + 25g for preparation
- 50g de sucre glace
- 2 œuf
- 100g de poudre d’amande
- 100g de sucre en poudre
- 1 teaspoon & rsquo; vanilla flavor

PREPARATION:
- Dans un récipient, fouetter 1 egg with icing sugar until absorbed.
Ajouter le beurre et mélanger; add the flour and mix to form a dough. Réserver au frais 15 minutes.
- Whisk 1 egg with powdered sugar and vanilla flavor.
- Add the butter and almond powder and mix everything well.
- Etaler votre pâte sucrée et foncer un moule à tarte; prick with a fork.
- Pour your preparation onto the sweet pastry and place your mirabelle plums evenly.
- Bake your almond mirabelle tart for 35 minutes à 180°C.
