Regarding the original crème brûlée I am not a fan of it, I prefer that it be made with vegetable milk.

When citrus, their intoxicating scents are perfect in desserts I enjoy.

Ingredients
  • Pâte sucrée:
  • 1 œuf
  • 50g de sucre glace
  • 100g de beurre ramolli
  • 200g de farine
  • 1 teaspoon & rsquo; vanilla flavor
  • Crème clémentines:
  • 2 œufs
  • 4 clémentines
  • 100g de sucre
  • 40g de beurre
  • 1 cuillère à soupe de maïzena
Instructions
  1. Pâte sucrée:
  2. Fouetter l’œuf avec le sucre glace ainsi que l’arôme vanille.
  3. Ajouter le beurre et mélanger.
  4. Pour the flour and mix until & rsquo; to obtain a dough ball.
  5. Etaler la pâte et foncer un moule à tarte.
  6. Cuire à blanc pendant 20 minutes.
  7. Démouler et laisser refroidir.
  8. Crème clémentines:
  9. Fouetter le les oeufs avec le sucre.
  10. Presser les clémentines et mélanger leur jus avec la maïzena.
  11. Pour this mixture into the egg / sugar preparation and mix well.
  12. Heat and stir regularly until the liquid becomes a cream.
  13. Stop cooking and add the butter.
  14. Mix well to get a smooth cream.
  15. Pour the cream on the bottom of the pie and spread evenly .
  16. Let the cream cool completely.
  17. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the entire surface of the cream and caramelize.
