My pie simple and delicious apples.
Temperatures have lowered a bit the last few days and I took the opportunity to turn my oven and prepare this easy pie apples in itself but very greedy!

A ball of vanilla ice cream and caramelized pecans has left land on the one hand and yum! Un vrai délice!

INGRÉDIENTS:
- 200g de farine
- 100g de beurre ramolli
- 50g de sucre glace
- 1 œuf
- 2 small jars of applesauce
- 4 big apples
- a mixture of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar
PREPARATION:
- Dans un récipient, fouetter l’œuf avec le sucre glace jusqu’à l’absorber.
Ajouter le beurre et mélanger; add the flour and mix to form a dough. Réserver au frais 15 minutes.
- Etaler votre pâte sucrée et foncer un moule à tarte; prick with a fork.
- Spread the applesauce and arrange the peeled and sliced apples.
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture and bake for 35 minutes à 180°C.
