Quick and delicious chocolate banana tart.

- 5 squares of puff pastry
- 2 à 3 banane
For the almond cream :
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon & rsquo; liquid vanilla flavor
PREPARATION :
- Prepare the almond cream by mixing the egg, liquid vanilla flavor, vegetable oil and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Add the almond powder and cocoa powder and mix well until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream.. Réservez.
- Préchauffez votre four à 180°C (thermostat 6).
- Place the dough squares on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Place a teaspoon of almond cream in the center of each square of dough, being careful not to put too much near the edges.
- Cut the bananas into slices. Arrange them on the puff pastry squares.
- Lightly sprinkle vanilla sugar over the bananas and almond cream.
- Bake the puff pastry for approximately 15 à 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
