Serves: 25 minutes
Ingredients
  • 30g de beurre
  • 30g de farine
  • 40cl de lait
  • 1 beef flavored stock cube
  • crushed pepper
Instructions
  1. Melt the stock cube in a little water and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  3. Ajouter la farine et mélanger.
  4. Add the stock cube and mix.
  5. Pour in the milk and heat until you obtain a creamy sauce..
  6. Add crushed pepper and mix well.

    C’est dur de trouver une sauce vraiment parfaite. Internet en regorge mais on ne sait jamais si elle va nous charmer réellement. Entre nous, je n’ai pas de question à me poser avec toi, je note immédiatement cette recette et je compte bien la réaliser dès ce soir. Je reviendrai t’en dire des nouvelles tiens.
