INGRÉDIENTS:

  • 3 œufs
  • 4 cuillères à soupe de sucre en poudre
  • 1 teaspoon & rsquo; liquid vanilla flavor
  • 1 jar of Greek yogurt (150g)
  • 1 sachet de levure chimique
  • 6 tablespoons of semi wholemeal oat flour
  • 6 peaches small or 4 grosses

PREPARATION:

  • Whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla flavoring.
  • Add the Greek yogurt and mix.
  • Add the oat flour and yeast and mix.
  • Peel and cut the peaches into slices; place them in a mold lined with baking paper.
  • Start cooking at the Cake Factory Délice, programme 1, pendant 30 minutes.
  • Traditional oven cooking , 180°C pendant 30 minutes.
  • Laisser refroidir 10 minutes before turning out onto a plate.
