My delicious kinder bueno mousse cake.

Here is a festive cake for the great pleasure of my children.

I rarely use chocolate bars as part of a recipe but for once I let myself be tempted and, I must admit that everyone had a great time.

To get us in the mood, I chose to make a photo background with carnival masks, confetti and colored balls because we are approaching this long-awaited party children but not only!

For the base of the cake, I made a very simple sponge cake.

When the mousse I mixed melted chocolate with the kinder bueno and I mixed everything with fresh cheese and whipped cream.

Ingredients
  • Génoise
  • 4 oeufs
  • 100g de sucre en poudre
  • 100g de farine
  • 1 teaspoon & rsquo; vanilla flavor
  • Mousse:
  • 1 dark chocolate bar
  • 6 barres de kinder bueno
  • 30cl de crème liquide
  • 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre glace
Instructions
  1. Génoise:
  2. Fouetter les oeufs avec le sucre en poudre et l’arôme vanille afin de faire doubler de volume la préparation.
  3. Ajouter la farine tamisée et mélanger délicatement.
  4. Verser votre préparation sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfurisé.
  5. Enfourner pendant 10 minutes à 180°C.
  6. Dès la sortie du four déposer la génoise avec le papier cuisson sur un torchon bien humide et laisser complètement refroidir.
  7. Mousse:
  8. Melt the dark chocolate.
  9. Mixer les barres de kinder bueno avec le chocolat noir.
  10. Mélanger la crème liquide avec le sucre glace et la monter en chantilly.
  11. Mélanger délicatement la chantilly au chocolat bueno.
  12. Montage:
  13. Découper la génoise avec un cercle à pâtisserie.
  14. Placer le cercle sur un plat de présentation et entourer d’un film rodhoïd.
  15. Déposer la génoise à l’intérieur du cercle.
  16. Verser la mousse chocolat kinder bueno et l’étaler uniformément.
  17. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
  18. La déposer un plat de présentation
