Chocolate mousse whipped cream without too easy egg!
I offer you a delicious chocolate dessert that will delight all gourmet.
To make the chocolate mousse and you miss eggs, do not panic! Use whipped cream and you will be delighted and surprised the result.

And yes in addition to egg whites and chickpea water there is also the liquid cream mounted in whipped cream.
The recipe is perfectly suitable for egg allergic people.

The result obtained is really very frothy and not heavy at all.
For the final decoration, I wanted to add to the surface a natural whipped cream to have a Viennese effect but the impatient fingers of my children who did not stop stealing whipped cream forced me to make a simple presentation.

This is the ideal dessert to present it in verrine and you can make it even more greedy by accompanying it with seasonal fruit.
The chocolate chocolate whipped cream without egg is also the recipe that I use to make desserts.



- 50Cl of cold liquid cream
- 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
- 1 cuillère à soupe de mascarpone
- de l'arôme vanille
- 1 Tablet and a half chocolate dessert
- 2 Gelatin sheets
- Dip gelatin leaves in cold water.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Add the wrung gelatin leaves and mix well to obtain a smooth and flowing chocolate.
- Dans la cuve du robot, Mix the liquid cream with icing sugar, mascarpone as well as vanilla aroma.
- Raise the whipped cream at high speed with the whip.
- When the chocolate is down to temperature, Gently incorporate it into the whipped cream to obtain a beautiful foam.
- Divide the preparation in verrines and place them at the minimum cool 2 heures.
- The whipped chocolate mousse without egg can be enjoyed cold.
