My oat bran and raisin bowl cake.
When I start to control my food in order to monitor my weight I eat even more vegetables and I reduce my bread..
I then prepare a bowl cake most often for breakfast or for afternoon tea..
So I don't use wheat flour but I mix a mixture of oat bran, wheat bran and powdered milk.
This is my base for making my bowl cake.
Then free to my imagination: fruits secs, pépites de chocolat, nature.
So for the Foodista Challenge #44 of which Lova from the blog Graine de Faim Kely is the godmother with the theme half figs half grapes I wanted to offer a bowl cake with oat bran and grapes.
- 1 tablespoon of oat bran
- 1 tablespoon of wheat bran
- 1 tablespoon of powdered milk
- 1 petit pot de fromage blanc
- 1 œuf
- 1 pincée de levure chimique
- de l’arôme vanille
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar or aspartame
- des raisins secs
- 1 dark chocolate square
- Mix together the oat bran, wheat bran and powdered milk.
- You will obtain a very fine powder that you will pour into a salad bowl.
- Add the egg and the vanilla flavoring and mix.
- Add the cottage cheese, the baking powder and the sugar and mix everything well.
- Add the raisins and mix.
- Pour your preparation into a bowl and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes at high power.
- Unmold your bowl cake onto a sheet of paper towel to absorb excess moisture..
- Place your preparation on a plate and place your square of chocolate which will slowly melt.

Lova a réalisé le tableau Pinterest et a fait son choix pour la nouvelle édition. But unfortunately following a death in his family, she asked me to take over and close her Foodista by announcing it on my blog, it will be tomorrow.
Bon week-end
