My caramelized nuts to bite!

Je participe au jeu “recette autour d’un ingrédient” lancé par les 2 bloggers : Samar blog "my culinary inspirations" et Soulef blog "kitchen Love", godmother of the month, qui n’est autre que la sublime Élodie du blog «Elo's Gluttony», chose "nuts" to be the star of this month.
- 120g de sucre en poudre
- 120g walnut kernels
- 5cl d’eau
- Pour the sugar and water into a pan and mix well.
- Heat for 5 minutes until you have lots of little bubbles.
- Pour in the walnut kernels and mix to coat the nuts in syrup..
- Mélanger régulièrement; the sugar will start to crystallize around the nuts.
- Continue cooking so that the caramel forms.
- Stop cooking as soon as the caramel has a beautiful golden color.
- Pour your caramelized nuts on a baking sheet and spread your nuts well.
- Laisser complètement refroidir.

Caramelized nuts, it’s a real explosion of flavors in the mouth ! I have always been a fan of caramelized almonds, but this recipe with nuts has been tickling me for a while. And I must say that the result is simply divine.
