FOOD BATTLE #98: LE THEME.
And it is with great pleasure that I announce to you that I am the new godmother of this new edition of this culinary challenge!
Thanks to Soulef for choosing me and who appreciated the recipe for my Japanese mango pearls.
I hope this new theme will inspire you and make you want to participate in it with pleasure.
Before announcing the theme, I present to you the goal of the Food Battle:
- It’s a monthly culinary challenge initiated by our dear Jenna from the Bistro de Jenna blog and administered by Hélène from the blog Keskonmangemaman ?.
- For this challenge, which is held on the first Wednesday of each month at 18 h, the godfather or godmother must propose a theme that will inspire cooking enthusiasts, bloggers or not.
- A “favorite” recipe is chosen by the godfather or godmother, which thus designates its successor for the following edition.

In 1 month we are going to enter the festive period of carnival, Candlemas and Mardi Gras.
I suggest you present festive recipes, fun, funny, colorful and… above all delicious!
I Ask You Colorful Party Decor with Confetti, des serpentins, des masques, des crayons de couleurs, les dessins de vos enfants,… tout ce qui vous plait à partir du moment où vous considérez que c’est festif! 🙂
Vous l’avez compris, faites-vous plaisir avec des beignets, des crêpes, des gaufres, des bugnes, des tartes et plein d’autres sucrées ET salées à partir du moment où il y a un décor de fête.
