FOOD BATTLE #98: LE THEME.

And it is with great pleasure that I announce to you that I am the new godmother of this new edition of this culinary challenge!

Thanks to Soulef for choosing me and who appreciated the recipe for my Japanese mango pearls.

I hope this new theme will inspire you and make you want to participate in it with pleasure.

Before announcing the theme, I present to you the goal of the Food Battle:

• It’s a monthly culinary challenge initiated by our dear Jenna from the Bistro de Jenna blog and administered by Hélène from the blog Keskonmangemaman ?.
• For this challenge, which is held on the first Wednesday of each month at 18 h, the godfather or godmother must propose a theme that will inspire cooking enthusiasts, bloggers or not.
• A “favorite” recipe is chosen by the godfather or godmother, which thus designates its successor for the following edition.
