Pistachio lemon cake (Battle Food #65)

Mon cake pistache citron très gourmand.

J’ai eu envi de tester l’association pistache citron et je suis pas déçue.

Je me suis régalée à préparer ma pâte à pistache maison (recette à venir 🙂 ) et j’ai ainsi pu aromatiser naturellement mon cake pistache citron.

Quand au glaçage j’apprécie lorsqu’il est légèrement épais et bien blanc alors je me suis fait plaisir.

On retrouve bien le gout de la pistache dans le cake et le glaçage au citron apporte ce petit coup de peps dans le palais.

Ce cake a été littéralement été dévoré et il a plu à mes collègues de bureau qui se sont régalés. Merci les collègues et aussi à la terrasse du bureau qui parfois me sert de labo photo! 🙂

Leur retour gourmand me permet de m’améliorer et pour le coup ce cake pistache citron ne sera pas modifié car il a eu son petit succès.

    Quel joli cake ! Et j’adore le fait que tu utilises de la pâte de pistache maison (je dois t’avouer que je n’aime pas vraiment les pâtes de pistache du commerce, car je trouve qu’elles ont + le goût d’arôme d’amande amère que de pistache… tout comme les glaces à la pistache que l’on achète XD)
    J’adore le glaçage au citron comme tu l’as fait, à la fois sucré et acidulé… rien que d’en parler, je salive !

    Une question, néanmoins : dans la liste des ingrédients, tu mentionnes des zestes de citron, mais tu ne les utilises pas. A quel moment les incorpores-tu dans la pâte ? Ou alors, tu les incorpores dans le glaçage ?

      Coucou Caroline merci pour les zeste de citron, suite à ton message j’ai rectifié mon oubli 🙂 Les zestes sont incorporé dans la pâte à cake.
      Just like you, I don't like store-bought pistachio paste., too much coloring, the taste of almonds or too much oil. So I only count on myself! Besides, I am preparing an article for pistachio paste. Kisses and have a good weekend.
