Easy plum almond clafoutis.
This is my dessert, simple, gourmet and classic.
This recipe was made during the summer but I wanted to share this recipe.
Particularly delicious and very easy to make, if I had a dessert to recommend it is the clafoutis.
The combination of plums and almonds is a very delicious and successful combination.
To intensify the taste of the almond, I used almond milk as well as almond powder.
To be enjoyed cold or warm, and the little touch of flaked almonds makes this clafoutis even more delicious.
- 3 œufs
- 60g de sucre en poudre
- 60g de beurre mou
- 20cl de lait d’amande
- 80g de farine
- 20g de poudre d’amande
- des prunes
- 1 sachet de sucre vanillé
- des amandes effilées
- Fouetter les œufs avec le sucre.
- Add the soft butter and mix.
- Add the flour and almond powder and mix.
- Verser le lait d’amande et mélanger.
- Pour the batter into a mold or individual molds.
- Arrange apple quarters.
- Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and bake for 30 minutes à 180°C.
- Arrange flaked almonds at the end of cooking.
