Easy plum almond clafoutis.

This is my dessert, simple, gourmet and classic.

This recipe was made during the summer but I wanted to share this recipe.

Particularly delicious and very easy to make, if I had a dessert to recommend it is the clafoutis.

The combination of plums and almonds is a very delicious and successful combination.

To intensify the taste of the almond, I used almond milk as well as almond powder.

To be enjoyed cold or warm, and the little touch of flaked almonds makes this clafoutis even more delicious.

Serves: 6 personnes
Ingredients
  • 3 œufs
  • 60g de sucre en poudre
  • 60g de beurre mou
  • 20cl de lait d’amande
  • 80g de farine
  • 20g de poudre d’amande
  • des prunes
  • 1 sachet de sucre vanillé
  • des amandes effilées
Instructions
  1. Fouetter les œufs avec le sucre.
  2. Add the soft butter and mix.
  3. Add the flour and almond powder and mix.
  4. Verser le lait d’amande et mélanger.
  5. Pour the batter into a mold or individual molds.
  6. Arrange apple quarters.
  7. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and bake for 30 minutes à 180°C.
  8. Arrange flaked almonds at the end of cooking.
