Delicious and easy apple and quince tart.

La saison nous apporte des coings que je ne cuisine pas souvent, à tort…

C’est un fruit d’automne riche en minéraux et parfait pour affronter le froid d’hiver.

J’ai eu envie de l’utiliser dans un dessert et je suis ravie de vous présenter ma tarte pommes coings.

L’association pommes/coings est parfaite et je suis satisfaite du résultat.

La tarte reste très douce en bouche et pas trop sucrée.

Ingredients
  • 1 œuf
  • 50g de sucre glace
  • 100g de beurre ramolli
  • 200g de farine
  • 2 pommes
  • 2 coings
Instructions
  1. Pâte sucrée:
  2. Fouetter l’oeuf avec le sucre glace.
  3. Ajouter le beurre et mélanger.
  4. Verser la farine et mélanger afin d’obtenir une boule de pâte.
  5. Placer votre pâte au frais.
  6. Peler, épépiner et couper en morceaux vos pommes.
  7. Les faire caraméliser avec 2 cuillères a soupe de sucre pendant 10 minutes. Laisser refroidir.
  8. Peler, vider et découper vos coings.
  9. Steam them for 20 minutes.
  10. Montage:
  11. Spread your sweet dough on a baking sheet and place everything on a plate or a pie pan.
  12. Arrange the caramelized apples and quinces.
  13. Fold the edges of the sweet pastry over the fruit.
  14. Enfourner pendant 35 minutes à 180°C.
  15. Laisser refroidir avant de découper.
