My pecan pie recipe, gourmet pecan pie.
La tarte aux noix de pécan est un délice irrésistible.
Les noix de pécan sur le dessus créent une texture croquante, tandis que la garniture sucrée et fondante en dessous offre un équilibre parfait.

C’est une explosion de saveurs, avec des notes riches de caramel et de noix.

La combinaison de la croûte friable et de la farce crée une expérience gustative qui séduira les amateurs de desserts.

INGRÉDIENTS:
pâte sucrée:
1 oeuf
50g de sucre glace
150g de beurre ramolli
250g de farine
Pecan stuffing:
3oeufs
100g de poudre d’amande
150g pecans
100g de sucre en poudre
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
PREPARATION:
pâte sucrée:
Whisk the egg with the icing sugar and vanilla flavoring.
Ajouter le beurre et mélanger.
Pour in the flour and mix everything until you obtain a ball of dough.
Refrigerate the dough for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough and gather a pie mold
Whisk eggs with powdered sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla flavor.
Mix the almond powder with 100g of pecans.
Add in the eggs and mix everything together.
Pour the mixture onto the sweet dough.
Arrange pecans on the surface.
Enfourner pendant 30 minutes à 180°C.

I have to say that if I add maple syrup and pecan powder instead of almond powder, it’s the quintessential North American pie that we eat at home in Quebec. I make it from time to time and it’s really delicious.. Kisses Fabienne and have a nice day
