When I go to eat in an Asian restaurant I particularly like fish in spicy sauce.; I find it delicious, fragrant and I take real pleasure in consuming it.

I wanted to try the recipe and I must admit that I am not disappointed with the result..
In fact, my whole family enjoyed this dish and to this day I am currently asking for it again..

I used a vegetable julienne from the Piacrd brand and my fish in Asian-style sauce was accompanied by good basmati rice..

Ingredients
- Fish hake
- a vegetable julienne (cucumber mixture, courgette, carotte, celery)
- a small can of crushed tomatoes
- a tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 oignon
- 1 gousse d’ail
- 1 cuillère à café de curcuma
- 1 cuillère à café de paprika
- sel, poivre
- panko breadcrumbs

- 1 œuf
Instructions
- Fish Preparation:
- Cut the fish into pieces.
