Cute little chocolate cream.
Here is a choux dough recipe not too difficult not to be discouraged.
You will get delicious little cabbage or big if you wish.
I garnished my cabbage with a light cream so as not to make them too burd.
A real delight and very festive!

Ingredients
- Choux paste:
- 40g de beurre
- 1 cuillère à soupe de sucre en poudre
- 75grams of milk

- 75g de farine
- crème:
- 25cl de crème liquide
- 1 tablette de chocolat
- 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
- Glaçage:
- 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 2 cuillères à soupe de cacao en poudre non sucré

Instructions

- Dans une casserole, pour the milk, l’eau, le sucre, butter and heat everything.

- Enfourner pendant 20 minutes à 180°C.

- Chocolate cream:
- Mix the icing sugar liquid cream.
- Monter en chantilly.
- Melt the chocolate and add the whipped cream.
- Mix gently.
- Glaçage:
- Mix the icing sugar, cocoa powder with a little water.
- You must obtain a semi -thick paste.
- Montage:
- Cut the little cabbage hat.
- Garnish chocolate cream cabbage.
- Coat the frosting hats and place them on the cream.
- Put in the fridge and go out 15 minutes before tasting.
