L’association du chocolat et de la noix de coco ne m’a jamais déçu, c’est un duo gourmand!

Ce dessert est composé d’un gâteau au chocolat ultra facile à préparer et qui peut se préparer la veille si vous le souhaitez.

La crème de noix de coco est un mélange de chocolat blanc fondu, de noix de coco râpé et de chantilly.

J’ai apporté un petit craquant en recouvrant la surface d’une fine couche de chocolat, miam!

Ingredients
  • 2 œufs
  • 100g de sucre en poudre
  • 70g de farine avec levure incorporée
  • 30g de cacao en poudre non sucré
  • 7cl of vegetable oil
  • 125g de noix de coco râpé
  • 2 white chocolate bars (150g one)
  • 20cl de crème liquide
  • 4 carrés de chocolat noir + 2 tablespoons of liquid cream
Instructions
  1. Whisk eggs with powdered sugar and the & rsquo; vanilla flavor.
  2. Add the oil and mix.
  3. Add the flour and cocoa powder and mix
  4. Verser dans un moule beurré et enfourner pendant 20 minutes à 180°C.
