My one pot zucchini rice in the multicooker.
This is one of the ways I like to eat rice., it takes very little time, no fat and it's delicious.
My multicooker is my best cooking friend, very practical in my daily life because it allows me to cook quickly and control the fat used for preparing meals.
For this one pot zucchini rice I simply used basmati rice, washed to remove starch and 2 small zucchini.
I got perfectly cooked rice and tender zucchini slices..
I accompanied my dish with chicken breast in sauce.
- 200g de riz
- 2 small zucchini
- 350g d’eau
- du sel
- lavé et rincé le riz afin d’enlever l’amidon.
- Pour it into the multicooker container.
- Add the zucchini cut into slices.
- Verser l’eau et le sel.
- Bien mélanger le tout.
- Start your multicooker on the white rice function to 8 minutes.
- By the end of cooking, mix your rice to separate the grains.
