Bowl of rice with green beans, egg and surimi

Bowl of rice with green beans, egg and surimi bento style from Japan.

Rice I'm a fan; both for its taste and for all the ways you can improve it.

If you like Japan Bento this bowl of green bean rice, egg and superimi will please you.

I used this starchy food to accompany it with Japan vegetables and protein and like a bento that will make your business for lunch break.

green bean rice bowl, egg and surimi

I first cooked the beans as well as the steam egg thanks to my Power Quick Pot assistant.

The cooking water must be kept to continue with the rice in pressure mode.

Season this dish with simply salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil; I am in my period of Light and Healthy dishes.

You may have the impression that this dish lacks taste but not at all; Rice has the taste of green beans perfectly.

All correctly seasoned, gives you a gourmet dish and full of vitamins kept by the cooking mode.
