Delicious red beans with spices.
At least once a week, I cook a good dish with sauce that we accompany with fresh bread and everyone enjoys it.
I chose to prepare red beans with lamb meat and some spices.
Meat is optional; you can make my recipe without.
I decided 1 hour before meal time to make this recipe, that’s why I always have a can of cooked vegetables to help me.

Ingrédients:
- 1 500g can of red beans
- un oignon
- a degermed clove of garlic
- 1 tomate
- 1 teaspoon of pepper concentrate
- 3 morceaux de viande d’agneau
- 50cl d’eau
- 1 cuillère à café de curcuma
- 1 cuillère à café de paprika
- sel, poivre
- 1 medium potato
- 1 bouillon de viande
Préparation:
- Sear the meat in a bit of oil for 2 minutes in the cookeo tank in “Brown” mode.
- Add the onion cut into pieces and mix.
- Add the grated garlic clove, as well as the tomato cut into pieces. Stop “Brown” mode.
- Add the pepper concentrate, the crumbled broth, le sel, le poivre, paprika and turmeric.
- Pour the water and start the “Pressure” mode for 23 minutes.
- Peel, cut the potato into pieces and add to the preparation.
- Ajouter les haricots rouges.
- Mix and start “pressure” mode for 7 minutes.
- Rectifier l’assaisonnement.
