2 disques de pâte feuilletée qui enferme une douce crème d’amande, et surtout ne pas oublier de mettre la fève!

J’aime quand la garniture de frangipane est bien généreuse! ! 🙂

J’aimerai en faire plus souvent mais mes enfants n’en sont pas plus fan que cela et du coup je me prive.

Je pense en proposer des versions individuelles, ainsi je pourrai me diriger vers des saveurs plus fruités.

I slightly modified the flavor by adding a teaspoon of orange blossom water and this made the cake deliciously fragrant.!

Serves: 6 / 8 personnes
Ingredients
  • 2 œufs
  • 70g de beurre fondu
  • 120g de sucre en poudre
  • 150g de poudre d’amande
  • 1 teaspoon of orange blossom water
  • 1 jaune d’œuf pour la dorure
  • 2 puff pastry
Instructions
  1. Whisk eggs with powdered sugar.
  2. Add the butter and orange blossom water and mix.
  3. Add the powder d & rsquo; almonds and mix.
  4. Spread 1 disk of puff pastry on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
  5. Spread your frangipane leaving the edges free.
  6. Cover with the 2nd disc of puff pastry.
  7. Weld the edges.
  8. Badigeonner de jaune d’œuf.
  9. Enfourner pendant 35 / 40 minutes à 180°C.

    well it’s not a frangipane, but an almond cream as you say in your description….
    there’s no denying that a good homemade cake is great

      Hello Wattoote, it is a language defect because, like many people, when I think of the galette des rois I associate it with the word “frangipane” :).
