INGRÉDIENTS :

For the apple puffs :

  • 1 pâte feuilletée
  • 2 à 3 pommes (depending on their size and your preference)

For the almond cream :

  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
  • 3 cuillères à soupe de sucre en poudre
  • 5 cuillères à soupe de poudre d’amande
  • 1 œuf
  • 1 teaspoon & rsquo; liquid vanilla flavor

PREPARATION :

  1. Prepare the almond cream by mixing the egg, liquid vanilla flavor, vegetable oil and powdered sugar until creamy.
  2. Add the almond powder and mix well until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream.. Réservez.

  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into equal sized squares.
