Spice Cookies

My winter spice cookies.

The use of hot spices during this end-of-year period is very trendy.

I enjoy smelling cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in pastries or cookies.

spice cookies

My spice cookies are very easy to prepare and children will enjoy participating in making this recipe.. I chose to spread the dough on a baking sheet and then cut it into equal parts before baking.

And after cooking I ran the knife again to separate them well..

Everything is sprinkled generously with icing sugar.

Un vrai délice!

Here I give voice to my stoveside gluttonies and philosophies and seek to discover and share the history of food and eating through recipes and lots of good bibliography.. FR Brazilian by birth and Grenoble by adoption, I invite you to enter my multi-culinary universe. Le Chaud Patate is a Franco-Brazilian blog of recipes and exchanges around culinary cultures, of the history of food associated with the history of peoples, reflection and social construction about the act of feeding. Je viens de réaliser ces biscuits aux épices et à peine sortis du four, je n’ai pu résister de les goûter….Ils sont tout simplement délicieux, as melt-in-your-mouth as possible and this taste of spices that stays in the mouth, pleasantly tickles the taste buds ! To do again without hesitation.
Thank you for this great recipe !
