Les festivités vont démarré avec son lot de recettes toutes plus gourmandes les unes que les autres.

C’est un véritable régal pour les yeux et je suis toujours épaté de voir toute la créativité culinaire proposée!

J’apprécie les bûches pâtissières et j’ai eu envie de me lancer dans une bûche chocolat blanc et aux marrons.

Bien évidemment je doit reconnaître que j’ai quand même trouvé la réalisation de ce dessert assez facile à faire et à vrai dire quel plaisir de voir les yeux de mon entourage qui pensait que je l’avais acheté! 🙂

It is with pleasure that I became one of the ambassadors of the Fossier House and to make my log I used pink biscuits from Reims as well as pink biscuit spread from Reims.

Ingredients
  • Mousse chocolat blanc:
  • 2 white chocolate bars
  • 30cl de crème liquide
  • 2 Gelatin sheets
  • Chestnut insert:
  • 200g of chestnut cream
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid cream
  • 1 feuille de gélatine
  • pink biscuits from Reims
  • pink biscuit spread from Reims
Instructions
  1. Chestnut insert:
  2. Soften the gelatin sheet in cold water.
  3. Dans une casserole, mix the chestnut cream and the liquid cream.
  4. Heat and add the gelatin.
  5. Mix and pour the preparation into an insert mold.
  6. Placer au réfrigérateur.
  7. Mousse chocolat blanc:
  8. Soften the 2 gelatin leaves in cold water.
  9. Melt the white chocolate with a little liquid cream.
  10. Add the gelatin and mix well. Cool slightly.
  11. Whip the liquid cream into whipped cream and add it to the white chocolate.
  12. Mix gently.
  13. Montage:
  14. On a rhodoid leaf, spread Reims rose biscuit spread.
  15. Place the sheet in the bottom of your log mold.
  16. Pour white chocolate mousse and even go up the edges with a spatula.
  17. Place the chestnut insert.
  18. Then cover with the rest of the white chocolate mousse.
  19. Mold the Reims rose biscuits with coffee and arrange them aligned over the entire surface.
  20. Appuyer légèrement pour tasser un peu.
  21. Placer votre moule au réfrigérateur, ideally overnight.
  22. Unmold your log delicately onto a serving dish and remove the rhodoid leaf..
  23. Decorate with whipped cream, also pieces of logs as well as pieces of candied chestnuts.
