Easy and delicious crab pie.
Easy crab pie is the culinary preparation of a savory pie using crab meat and cream.; in my recipe I used a béchamel sauce but which you can replace with crème fraîche.

For the crab meat I used a can but fresh one would be good too.

For seafood lovers it’s a real treat!


This crab pie is delicious served hot or cold, whether as a starter or main course.

INGRÉDIENTS:
Pâte brisée:
- 300g de farine
- 1 jaune d’œuf
- 100g de beurre ramolli
- 10cl d’eau
Farce:
- 1 boîte de miettes de crabe
- 1 oignon
- 1 degermed garlic clove
- béchamel sauce
- du gruyère râpé
- du persil
- sel, poivre
PREPARATION
Pâte brisée:
Mix the flour, salt and egg yolk.
Pour in the water and mix until you obtain a ball of dough.
Wrap in cling film and place in a cool place.
Farce:
Cut the onion into pieces and brown them in a little oil.
Add grated garlic and crab crumbs.
Mix everything well and stop cooking.
Add the béchamel sauce, le persil, le sel et le poivre; mix everything.
Spread the dough, gather a tart mold and prick the bottom with a fork.
Pour and spread the stuffing.
Spread the grated gruyere over the entire surface.
Enfourner pendant 35 minutes.
