Ingredients
  • I liter of water
  • 250g of polenta
  • 1 cube de bouillon de légumes
  • 5 tablespoons of parmesan
  • du sel, du poivre
Instructions
  1. Heat the water with the cube.
  2. Pour in the polenta and mix.
  3. Continue cooking for a few minutes so that the mixture thickens..
  4. Stopper la cuisson.
  5. Add the parmesan and mix.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour your preparation into a buttered dish or covered with baking paper and brown.
  8. Cut your polenta into pieces.
