This Spanish specialty is really very easy to make and it’s very good..
This dish perfectly complements a good salad or a good grill..
Normally this dish is spicy but for my children I made a mild sauce with tomatoes.
My potatoes were cooked in the cookeo 10 minutes and during this time I quietly made my sauce.
Un régal! This dish allowed me to complete a pissaladière.

Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 3 tomates
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 oignon
- The easy and gourmet salmon puff pastry braid
- sel, poivre, paprika, curcuma
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces.
- Cook them 10 minute in the cookeo or so 20 minutes in boiling water.
- As soon as they are cooked, brown them in a little oil.
- Réserver.
- Cut the onion into pieces and brown them in a little oil.
- Add the seeded and cut tomatoes.
- Mélanger.
- Add the peeled garlic cloves, degermed and grated.
- Also add the paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper.
- Mix everything well and leave to stew.
- When the preparation has reduced, stop cooking.
- Add the fried potatoes and mix.
- Sprinkle with herbs.
