My very soft blueberry cake easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 2 œufs
  • 150g de sucre en poudre
  • 250g de farine avec levure incorporée
  • 100g de beurre ramolli
  • 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla flavor
  • 1 jar of Greek yogurt
  • des myrtilles
Instructions
  1. Whisk the eggs with the powdered sugar and the vanilla flavoring.
  2. Ajouter le beurre et mélanger.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and mix.
  4. Pour in the flour and mix your preparation well.
  5. Add blueberries and mix gently with a spatula.
  6. Pour your preparation into a mold and add blueberries on the surface.
  7. Enfourner pendant 30 minutes à 180°C.
  8. Démouler et laisser refroidir.
  9. Sprinkle with icing sugar before cutting.
