Soft Cake Syrup & rsquo; orange

Delicious moist cake Syrup & rsquo; orange.

Orange season has arrived and I wanted to incorporate it into a cake.

Orange is the perfect citrus fruit to flavor a cake.

In addition to adding the juice of the pressed orange to the dough, I also prepared a syrup to soak it.

Soft Cake Syrup & rsquo; orange

Ingredients
  • 3 œufs
  • 200g de sucre
  • 125g de beurre ramolli
  • 200 de farine avec levure incorporée
  • 1 teaspoon & rsquo; vanilla flavor
  • 4 oranges
Instructions
  1. Whisk eggs with powdered sugar and the & rsquo; vanilla flavor.
  2. Ajouter le beurre et mélanger.
  3. Grate the zest & rsquo; an orange and squeeze the juice 2 oranges.
  4. Pour into the mix.
  5. Ajouter la farine et mélanger.
  6. Verser la pâte dans un moule beurré et enfourner pendant 35 minutes à 180°C.
  7. Sirop:
  8. Squeeze the juice 2 oranges and mix with 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre.
  9. Heat up & rsquo; to boil ( from there count 2 minutes).
