Orange season has arrived and I wanted to incorporate it into a cake.
Orange is the perfect citrus fruit to flavor a cake.

In addition to adding the juice of the pressed orange to the dough, I also prepared a syrup to soak it.
Orange fans are in for a treat!

Soft Cake Syrup & rsquo; orange

Ingredients
- 3 œufs
- 200g de sucre
- 125g de beurre ramolli
- 200 de farine avec levure incorporée
- 1 teaspoon & rsquo; vanilla flavor
- 4 oranges
Instructions
- Whisk eggs with powdered sugar and the & rsquo; vanilla flavor.
- Ajouter le beurre et mélanger.
- Grate the zest & rsquo; an orange and squeeze the juice 2 oranges.
- Pour into the mix.
- Ajouter la farine et mélanger.
- Verser la pâte dans un moule beurré et enfourner pendant 35 minutes à 180°C.
- Sirop:
- Squeeze the juice 2 oranges and mix with 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre.
- Heat up & rsquo; to boil ( from there count 2 minutes).
