The cake is a little denser but still delicious.; it can be a wonderful gourmet way to please someone who watches their diet.

Ingredients
- 3 œufs
- 130g de sucre en poudre
- 150g of corn flour ( starch)
- 50g d’huile végétale
- 2 cuillères à soupe de lait d’amande
- 1 teaspoon of gluten-free baking powder
- 1 teaspoon & rsquo; liquid vanilla flavor
- chocolate spread
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar and the & rsquo; vanilla flavor.
- Ajouter l’huile végétale ainsi que le lait d’amande et mélanger.
- Ajouter la farine ainsi que la levure chimique et mélanger.
- Verser la préparation dans un moule beurré et enfourner pendant 25 minutes à 180°C.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Cut the cake into 2 and the chocolate filling.
