The simplest things are often the best, and these mushroom puff pastry rolls are proof.
I chose to cook fresh mushrooms and flavor them.
These little puff pastries are perfect to start a starter or a festive aperitif.

Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry roll
- 1 petit oignon
- des champignons frais
- du persil
- du gruyère râpé
- sel, poivre
Instructions
- Découper l’oignon en petits morceaux.
- Cut the fresh mushrooms into pieces.
- Sauté in a d & rsquo; for oil 8 minutes.
- Add chopped parsley, le sel et le poivre.
- Spread your preparation on the pastry.
- Spread the grated cheese.
- Roll your puff pastry to d & rsquo; get a bead.
- Place in freezer.
- Cut into slices and arrange on a plate covered with baking paper.
- Enfourner pendant 15 minutes à 180°C.
