Ingredients
  • 1 paquet de biscuits petits beure
  • 1 paquet de biscuits spéculos
  • 40g de beurre fondu
  • 20cl de crème liquide
  • 100g of fresh cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
Instructions
  1. Réduire les biscuits petits beurre en miettes à l’aide d’un mixeur.
  2. Les mélanger avec le beurre et répartir dans les ramequins; tasser.
  3. Réduire les biscuits spéculos en miettes à ‘aide d’un mixeur.
  4. Les mélanger au fromage frais et au sucre glace.
  5. Assemble the cream chantilly.
  6. Ajouter la chantilly à la préparation fromage/spéculos et mélanger délicatement.
  7. Divide the cream obtained into the ramekins.
  8. Décoration:
  9. Add a dash of salted butter caramel and a speculoos biscuit.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
