Succeeding easily biscuits with dates and almonds.

Dates are rich in fiber and very energetic, They are delicious to eat.

Date paste is used for pastries and I wanted to incorporate it into biscuits.

Serves: 35 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1 œuf
  • 100g de sucre en poudre
  • 100g de beurre ramolli
  • 150g de farine
  • 80g de poudre d’amande
  • 1 teaspoon & rsquo; vanilla flavor
  • 2 tablespoon of date paste
Instructions
  1. Whisk the egg with the sugar and the vanilla flavoring.
  2. Ajouter le beurre ramolli et mélanger.
  3. Add the powder d & rsquo; almonds and mix.
  4. Heat the date paste for a few seconds in the microwave and add it to the preparation; bien mélanger.
  5. Ajouter la farine et mélanger jusqu’à obtenir une boule de pâte.
  6. Form a sausage which you will then wrap in food paper and place in the refrigerator 30 minutes.
  7. Cut slices and place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper..
  8. Enfourner pendant 15 minutes à 180°C.
