Head to Italy with the chocolate torta sbriciolata!

A défaut de pouvoir me rendre en Italie afin de pouvoir me balader et de déguster la délicieuse torta sbriciolata chocolat, de ce fait je me suis lancée dans cette préparation pour mon plus grand plaisir!

D’ailleurs, la torta sbriciolata est une tarte mi sablée mi crumble et fourrée; pour ma part j’ai choisie du chocolat en garniture.

Il faut reconnaître que c’est un véritable succès gourmand et très facile à faire!

Je me suis inspirée de la recette proposée par la recette de Carine du blog Chic, chic, Chocolat (prenez plaisir à visiter son site qui regorges de gourmandises!)

Serves: 50 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1 œuf
  • 70g de sucre en poudre
  • 150g de beurre mou
  • 250g de farine avec levure incorporée
  • 2 cuillères à soupe de poudre d’amande
  • 1 teaspoon & rsquo; liquid vanilla flavor
  • 3 good tablespoons of chocolate spread
Instructions
  1. Whisk the egg with the sugar and the vanilla flavoring.
  2. Ajouter le beurre et mélanger.
  3. Add the flour and the almond powder and mix to obtain a ball of dough.
  4. Take a little more than half of the dough and spread it on a sheet of baking paper.
  5. Place everything in a mold so that the edges rise up a little..
  6. Place your chocolate spread in the center and spread it out.
  7. Crumble the rest of the dough over the entire surface of the chocolate.
  8. Enfourner pendant 30 minutes à 180°C.
  9. Cool completely before handling.
  10. Sprinkle your chocolate torta sbriciolata with icing sugar before tasting.
