Spaghetti with eggplant and tomatoes

A simple and delicious plate made of spaghetti with eggplant and tomatoes.

Pasta at my house, we consume them regularly, in sauce, in gratin, plain with just a little butter and cheese.

It’s the dish that everyone likes and is very practical on a daily basis..

For this recipe I simply sautéed a few diced eggplants., onion and cherry tomatoes.

All spiced up with a little spice and you get a good and comforting dish..

Little fat, it is easy to eat.

Ingredients
  • 1 oignon
  • 1 small eggplant
  • des tomates cerises
  • 1 degermed garlic clove
  • 1 cuillère à café de curcuma
  • 1 cuillère à café de paprika
  • sel, poivre
Instructions
  1. Chop the onion and brown it in a little oil.
  2. Add the eggplant cut into pieces as well as the garlic and mix.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes cut into 2 as well as turmeric and paprika.
  4. Bien mélanger.
  5. Saler, pepper and stir regularly.
  6. Add a small glass of water, couvrir et cuire pendant 10 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile cook your spaghetti.
  8. As soon as your vegetables are cooked with a little sauce, All you have to do is add your spaghetti and mix everything together.
  9. To be enjoyed without delay.
