Mon pain italien facile.
Je ne sais pas pour vous mais moi je trouve que le pain italien c’est excellent.
I never really had the idea of making this bread but I recently bought a sandwich made from Italian bread and I simply enjoyed it.
Et et là je me suis dit qu’il faut absolument que je teste le pain italien.
Finalement ce n’est pas si difficile que ça, what takes a lot of time is kneading the bread dough because it is absolutely necessary to knead this dough for 10 bonnes minutes.
C’est ce qui permet je pense à ce pain de pouvoir garder cette blancheur au niveau de la mie.
J’ai cuit 2 Italian bread baguettes and I made individual rolls but I, by negligence, left a little too brown! But that didn’t take away any of their softness.
I recently had an assistant in my kitchen who helps me a lot because I recently treated myself to a pastry robot.. 🙂 Mine de rien le gain de temps que ça apporte n’est pas négligeable! 😉
