Et oui, I was deprived of access and I spend a lot of time trying to recover and phew! I managed it! 🙂
C’est avec joie et plaisir gourmand que je vous retrouve et que vous propose une petite recette très facile à préparer .
Je raffole des œufs et je me lasse pas d’en manger; l’omelette est ce je prépare assez souvent pour mon déjeuner au bureau.
L’omelette tomate et petits pois vous apportera votre apport en protéine et en fibre.

- 2 œufs
- 2 cuillères à soupe de petits pois
- 1 tomate
- du persil
- 1 petit oignon
- sel, poivre
- Whisk the eggs.
- Ajouter les petits pois, la tomate vidée et coupée en tranches.
- Ajouter le persil coupé ainsi que le sel et le poivre.
- Cut the spring onion and brown it a little in a pan with oil.
- Pour your preparation and cook on the 2 faces.
- Eat without delay.

A good idea to take to work.. I never think about cooking omelettes and yet, I like that.
