Mushroom puff pastry rolls

Very festive mushroom puff pastry rolls.

The simplest things are often the best, and these mushroom puff pastry rolls are proof.

I chose to cook fresh mushrooms and flavor them.

These little puff pastries are perfect to start a starter or a festive aperitif.

Ingredients
  • 1 puff pastry roll
  • 1 petit oignon
  • des champignons frais
  • du persil
  • du gruyère râpé
  • sel, poivre
Instructions
  1. Cut the onion into small pieces.
  2. Cut the fresh mushrooms into pieces.
  3. Brown everything in a little oil for 8 minutes.
  4. Add chopped parsley, le sel et le poivre.
  5. Spread your preparation on the pastry.
  6. Spread the grated cheese.
  7. Roll your puff pastry to obtain a sausage.
  8. Place in freezer.
  9. Cut into slices and arrange on a plate covered with baking paper.
  10. Enfourner pendant 15 minutes à 180°C.
