My very delicious peanut butter cookies.
Peanut butter I only really appreciated it very recently.
Previously its texture did not attract me more than that and the taste did not really bring me pleasure.

I once tasted an American brand chocolate filled with peanut butter and there it was a real revelation!

I decided to restore this ingredient to this ingredient and I made too much risks of peanut butter cookies too much.
These cookies keep a very appreciable soft and outside a slightly crisp side.

I can tell you that at home they really enjoyed this little delicacy.
When making the recipe I got into I realized that I had no more eggs and I replaced this lack with apple compote which also serves to bind in a culinary preparation.

- 1 tablespoon of apple compote
- 150g de sucre en poudre
- 150g de farine
- 50g de beurre ramolli
- 1 cuillère à café de levure chimique
- 1 teaspoon & rsquo; vanilla flavor
- 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
- Mix the apple compote with the sugar.
- Ajouter le beurre ainsi que l’arôme vanille.
- Add the peanut butter and mix.
- Pour the flour as well as baking powder and mix everything well.
- Take dough balls that you will place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Slightly flatten each balls.
- Enfourner pendant 10 minutes à 180°C.
- Let your peanut butter cookies completely cool before handling them.

Et c est vrai que la texture de la pate d arachide n est pas attirante mais comme toi j ai eu uen révélation avec une recette, c était un mafé d ailleurs..
