Canned sardine fritters, faciles et rapides!
Je vous propose une recette de beignets bien gourmands et surtout bien rapides à réaliser.
Ces beignets types accras sont un délice et si vous n’avez pas encore tester avec des sardines, foncez car vous ne serez pas déçu! 🙂
Je peux même me permettre de dire que c’est une idée repas à petit prix; ça me permet de rebondir sur le petit prix: je vous prépare de nouvelles recettes pour des petits budgets afin de pouvoir continuer à se régaler et se faire plaisir ainsi qu’à toute sa famille.

Canned sardine fritters

Ingredients
- 300g de farine
- 250ml d’eau
- 1 oignon
- 1 degermed garlic clove
- a few sprigs of parsley
- sel, poivre
- 1 can of sardines
- 1 citron
- 1 cuillère à café de levure chimique
Instructions
- Mix the onion, garlic and take a little water from the 250ml provided.
- Mix the flour with the water.
- Add the blended onion/garlic mixture.
- Cut the parsley branches into small pieces and add them to the dough.
- Preparing the sardines:
- Remove the central bone from the sardines, squeeze the juice of a lemon over them and mash them with a fork.
- Pour this preparation into your dough and mix everything well.
- Add the baking powder and mix.
- Place your dough in the fridge while you heat your frying oil.
- Drop small piles of pasta using a spoon into the hot oil.
- Turn them regularly until your donuts are golden brown..
- Remove them and place them on a sheet of absorbent paper..
- Poursuivre jusqu’à épuisement de la pâte.
