The Fraternal Cake

I offer you a recipe from chef Damien, founder of the site 750g.com and inventor of the recipe for Le fraternel cake in collaboration with Secours Catholique.

Made from two pastes, one with spice flavors and the other chocolate, these soft cakes are supplied with a heart-shaped stencil to create the topping of your choice.

The Fraternal will be available from December 1st in 74 regional delegations of Secours Catholique and on the epicery website, partner of the operation, at the price of 7€. The donations collected will be dedicated to the work of Secours Catholique with the most vulnerable people.. Bien évidemment inutile de réserver votre action à la période de Noël, faire un don ou un geste est acceptable du 1er janvier au 31 décembre! 🙂

Pour ma part j’ai trouvé ce gâteau le Fraternel très simple à réaliser et j’ai juste diminué la durée de cuisson; mon four n’a eu besoin que de 30 minutes au lieu des 45 minutes proposées.
